Open Faced Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 1 2.9 oz can of chicken salad
- 2 slices Sargento Ultra thin cheese
- 2 thin slices of tomato
- 2 slices Aunt Millie’s Bread
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Place skillet over medium heat. Spray each side of the bread with ICBINB spray and place in pan, turning one time. Reduce heat to medium low. Top with cheese and chicken salad. Grill until bread is browned, cheese is melted, and chicken is heated. Remove from heat, top with tomatoes and pepper.
Serve with a small side salad, veggie crisps, or fresh veggies. This sandwich is loaded with fiber and protein to help you feel full and satisfied! You can also swap out canned tuna or make your own chicken salad.
