Mini Pecan Pies
Ingredients
- 1 package of mini phyllo dough cups, 15 count
- 1 tbsp. spray butter
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients
- Place one teaspoon of mixture into each cup
- Bake at 350 for five to ten minutes, depending on oven.
- Allow to cool
Tips
Serve with a dallop of fat free cool whip.
