Mini Pecan Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 package of mini phyllo dough cups, 15 count
  • 1 tbsp. spray butter
  • 4 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Place one teaspoon of mixture into each cup
  3. Bake at 350 for five to ten minutes, depending on oven.
  4. Allow to cool

Tips

Serve with a dallop of fat free cool whip.
