Grilled Greek and Feta Chicken
Ingredients

Marinade:
- 2 lbs thin sliced chicken breast
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lemon sliced
Tomato Chutney:
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- ½ red onion, diced
- 3 oz fat free feta cheese crumbles
- 4 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions: Combine marinade ingredients and mix in a Ziploc bag with chicken. Place sliced lemons on each piece of chicken and marinade overnight or at least 30 minutes. Grill chicken with lemon slices on the chicken. While grilling chicken, prepare the chutney. Serve chicken topped with chutney.
