Fruit and Yogurt Toast
Ingredients
- 1 100 calorie English Muffin
- 2 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 oz. Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Preparation
Toast the English muffin (I like mine to be extra crispy). Top each slice with the yogurt, sprinkle the brown sugar on top, and top with berries.
Tips
Change up the toppings! Try other berries or bananas and a drizzle of PB Fit, or even a small drizzle of chocolate syrup! Enjoy!!
