Ingredients
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 6 brussel sprouts with core removed and sliced
- 1 oz Cinderella Pumpkin, diced
- 2 oz Butternut Squash, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat skillet on high with oil, add garlic and veggies. Continue to cook on high, stirring frequently until the veggies are fork tender and golden. Serve alone or with a lean protein.
Tips
Spice it up with some red pepper flakes, soy sauce, or add your choice of lean protein for a complete meal.
