Cakes in a Mug…3 Ways
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Cake:
- ¼ c Powdered Peanut Butter
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. egg white (1 lg. egg white)
- 2 tbsp. fat free or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
- Additional powdered PB to drizzle on top of baked cake.
Strawberry Shortcake:
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 pkts Splenda or truvia
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. fat free or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tsp. light whipped butter or spread
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- Light or fat free cool whip and berries, or low calorie jam
Snickers Cake: **Family Favorite
- 3 tbsp. chocolate cake mix
- 1 tbsp. fat free egg substitute (or yolk mixed with 1tsp water)
- 1 tbsp. fat free sour cream or greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ff/low fat carmel dip
- Chopped nuts and chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for each cake and place into a mug coated with cooking spray. Cook for 60 to 90 seconds. DON’T OVER COOK or they will be dense! Remove and cool. Add toppings.
