Ingredients
- One honey crisp apple, cored and sliced
- One packet of Better Oats 100 calorie oatmeal (maple and brown sugar flavor)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Butter spray
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
Preparation
- Core and slice apple and place in a microwave safe dish
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cinnamon over apples
- Spray apples with butter
- Combine oats, brown sugar and remaining cinnamon
- Add spray butter until the mixture is slightly moistened
- Top apples with mixture
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes if you desire a crisp topping
Tips
If you have the calories to spare, add a drizzle of caramel sauce or fat free whipped topping for a more delicious dessert!
